Created multi-user application for managing grocery lists.
Users are able to add stores and categories to a list, sort that list and arrange categories by store, and delete or add items to each list.

Group Project: HIPEC Application
Worked with a small team to convert an Access application that tracks information related to peritoneal cancer treatment to a web application. Responsible for database structure and coding the full stack for a portion of the application.

Started part-time photography business, that led to branding and website design business for other creative professionals. Utilized Lightroom and Photoshop for photography and Illustrator, WordPress, various WordPress themes, CSS, and jQuery for branding and website design. Self-taught on all technologies. Latest client project involved creating a system for maintaining a membership and pre-registration process on their WordPress site, utilizing wpDataTables plugin with SQL, PHP and jQuery adjustments.

It was during this time that I realized I was ready to get back to my original career in IT. I found myself analyzing ways to improve the various computer systems used to perform my daily duties.

Client - LifeUSA - Responsible for the maintenance and enhancements on an annuity payout system for an insurance company. Supported several Access applications for the same insurance company, including enhancements to a budgeting and time reporting system. The application utilized Access, SQL Server Database, and MS Project. Client - E.W. Blanch Company - Responsible for creating application for the loading and displaying of EDI reinsurance messages. This utilized SQL Server and Visual Basic.

Responsible for the quality assurance functions on various software products, including the design and review of software specifications, test case specifications, test plans, and test summary reports. Other responsibilities included the hiring and management of two test technicians for a software validation effort. Activities included training of the technicians on the software, test case specifications, test execution, and test incidence reports and management of their testing activities.
